Orientation Day Two:
1. jonathan opened the door for me agian *smiles*
2. slightly better
3. mass dance..partner: Fredrick. initially it was Bennett but had to change. was quite disappointed cos i was quite excited to be Bennett's partner. but nvm. fred was nice. helped me too!
4. arnold din come...fell sick
5. Kayee was rep. helped her along
6. station games. did well. run alot. but the councillor at the Spider Web was dao
7. guys are so un-gentleman when we were at cultural centre where they sat on chairs n the gals have to sit on the floor
8. warm up more

Orientation Day Three:
1. met early morning for confirmation of cheer
2. jonathan wanted to open door but i opened it first. haha. he exclaimed but nvm. he closed the door for me. hee
3. ppl are nicer. grp more cheer-ly *smile*
4. did well in the jungle warfare time. almost all 5 points. esp cheering. we were super enthu.
5. was rep today. thanks OG 25! for giving me the opportunity
6. had a great time leading them.
7. station games in brief: a) water bomb/water gun b) pass papaya using trash bag c) being wrapped in newspapers wid many guys' help. tickish. but hit badly on the neck n spine d)play simplified Captain's Ball except it's fruits n squid d) roll in water etc
8. discussed the subj combi wid jonathan, david n nigel
9. surprisingly met lincoln on bus 985 n he alighted at the same bus stop as me: Pei Hwa there *smile*
10. reached home 730
11. super tired. back aching
12. talked to jonathan on the phone. happy
13. Rayson din turn up. wonder why...
14. went Salvation Army to do CIP. i sort out clothes while the others sort out cds. dusty. but organised. good teamwork peeps! nose block n all. but it was fun! many ladies clothes. man. look at how ladies spent n den jus dump them away. sigh. alot from Bossini. think it's their old stock tat they can't clear

Orientation Day Four:
1. disco dance at the end...in the hall. there were disco lights! nice. songs too. got a band but they played only a few songs. jia min was singin but she sing too fast..out of beat. din jump alot n dance alot. dun know the songs well, tat's why. oh! saw a couple keep making out. dance together n kissing (mouth to mouth). was shock la. cos it's in the hall wid so many ppl arnd. kept thinking abt it n worried abt it too cos afraid they'll do sumthin wrong..the guy's very touchy. sigh. i think they only know each other during the orientation cos they are frm different schs. rather sad la. very physical. sigh.
2. leader again. appointed n not volunteered. din lead much la. nth much to lead. jus assign seats, make sure the grp sticks together, during prep for finale, help my grp find stuff to do. but the most fun thing was playing games wid them! I led them. actually, i tot i dun have much games but managed to come out wid those simple games which, surprisingly, some had never played b4! so it's fun! the most fun was Husband n Wife game. 2 rings: inner n outer ring, wid each person in the outer ring having a partner in front of him/her except for 1. so he/she has to call one of the names of the person in the inner ring. n the outer ring person has to tap on the shoulder to prevent him/her frm running to the speaker. josiah, one of my grp member, was always standing opposite me. so i always call his name. often la. but of course, i called other ppl's names. den suddenly my OGL commented tat i call Josiah's name alot. hmm. did i? den the whole grp was "ohh..." man. embarrassing la. there after, i was kinda afraid to tok to him cos i dun wanna make him feel sad/embarrassed. haha. but no. i dun lyk him. jus find him a nice guy. besides, he's always standing opp me! n he's a 6-pointer for prelim! 6points leh! pro. he said he came here cos he lyk the sch
3. Josiah msged me later that night. thanked me for being a leader, though he used the word "unseen". i wonder why. anyway, it's nice to feel appreciated. tat the effort i'd put in is worth it n noticed. hmm. i think to gain the Lord's notice is wad matters most. but still, i think i muz still express my gratification for my own leaders..Eleena n Aunty Geak Hong n Aunty Jacinta. they spent time to prepare the Youth lessons n the food n how to make it fun yet we learnt sumthing. i think it would be a source of encouragement jus lyk how Josiah's msg was a source of encouragement to me too!
4. aft the disco dance, went out wid whoever tat can make it to have dinner. jus eat sumthing. wanted to go Mac's but too crowded. so went to coffee shop. nice. jus eat peanut pancake. left potong pasir at 1030pm..late..wid guan hoe n lincoln.
5. had a good time wid those 2 guys. tell alot of lame jokes. got to noe lincoln more. he got a gf already. ha. jus as i expected
6. reached home at 1130pm. the latest i'd ever been
7. helped out to make the identity of my tribe: blue tie wid the word "N" there. to rep Nehoma! our tribe won in tat category! yea! but tat OG din share the prize wid us. sad. nvm. at least there is satisfication in knowing tat our effort had paid off. at first, i tot we would have won at Station Games cos my grp really did well. we won in many games. sigh. oh well.
8. forgot to bring a copy of my prelim results. sharks. den had to ask ma to fax over the copy. sigh. bad. next time cannot forget. den many ppl choose the combi: maths, phys, chem n econs, which is wad i wanted too. except i'll be taking econs. i'm really afraid i can't get that combi. so afraid...my phys was the worst science i'd taken. but i ask my OGL, she said, in normal lessons, u can attend the lecture of the subjs tat is not in yr combi. jus inform the lecturer. tat's nice la! haha. i'm goin to do tat for bio. hopefully all the way till A levels. jus tat i'll be missing out on tutorial n class/common tests for bio. oh well, better than learnin on my own. later i'll have no discipline. haha.

ok. tat's all for orientation. the most fun part was Day Four n Day Two n Three where there are games! I jus love games. bond the grp together. n the goin out for food..can see the guys toking more n the disco dance thing. except for the couple, i got to see the wacky side of Sherman n the linking from shoulder to shoulder on slow songs. yup. btw, this is actually blogged on Saturday, 7th January. so fast sch's starting on mon. sigh. oh well!
